Having had the opportunity to manage design teams in very diverse sectors, across multiple countries has refined my listening ear, and taught me the importance of leaning in, asking questions, and take the time to understand the complexity behind clients cultural values, priorities, and visions. Caring about clients and embracing their story as if it was my own is how I approach design. I also hold a firm belief in respecting the vernacular, and not to build intrusively.

Being from Sweden I have always been surrounded with ancient history, and the beautiful structural traces it leaves behind. Finding a timeless balance between innovation and heritage is to me a very exciting challenge. I enjoy pushing the engineering envelope with rigorous thought and analysis, while anchoring the purpose to a lasting objective. Ultimately, creating "buildings with a soul".
