Three Krown is owned by Christina "Chris" Stevenson, who has 20+ years of experience in the Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction industry and has personally invested in real estate assets and development projects for many years.

Her development experience stretches well over a decade, and across two continents. Chris has been dedicated to developing for the world-class life-science developer BioMed Realty over the last three years. Supporting efforts of a large multi-billion-dollar portfolio and millions of square feet under management.

 

Chris Stevenson is also a licensed architect who has received accolades such as the AIA medal, the Lion's Club collaborating cities award between Lecce and Milan in Italy, and the Sacramento Capitol Mall honorary mention. She has published three architectural books, of which two were under the office of Field Architecture.​

In her earlier career Chris ran a design business for entertainment and production design, working with clients such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando and Plinko Special Effects in Milano.

 

Chris has also taken coursework in Environmental Law at Stanford University and has partnered with international public entities in the field of urban design and environmental mitigation. She lead an initiative in Lima, Peru collaborating with the Peruvian Civil Defense and Universidad Peruana de Ciencias, with feedback from Peruvian seismologist and United Nations advisor Julio Kuroiwa.

In her spare time Chris's favorite activity is spending time with her husband and two sons, playing sports and taking trips together. She is an active athlete and competes in Masters Track and Field. Currently she holds the Swedish Record in high jump and earned a bronze medal in high jump at the World Championships in Gothenburg 2024.
