Leadership
Christina “Chris” Stevenson is the Founder of Three Krown and a real estate developer, licensed architect, and real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience across acquisitions, development, architecture, construction, and institutional real estate investment.
Throughout her career, Chris has led and supported the acquisition, planning, development, and management of complex real estate assets across residential, commercial, institutional, and life science sectors. Her experience spans the United States, Europe, and South America, providing a broad perspective on market dynamics, development strategy, and long-term value creation.
Most recently, Chris managed investment and asset management strategies for approximately $3 billion in Class A institutional real estate, overseeing large-scale assets and development initiatives on behalf of institutional ownership. Her expertise includes acquisitions, entitlement strategy, capital planning, development management, portfolio optimization, and the execution of complex projects from concept through delivery.
As both a licensed architect and development executive, Chris brings a unique ability to integrate design, business strategy, and financial analysis into the development process. She is recognized for identifying opportunities, navigating complexity, and aligning stakeholder interests to create successful projects that balance vision, market demand, and investment performance.
In 2025, Chris was recognized in Marquis Who’s Who for her contributions to the built environment and her cross-disciplinary achievements in architecture, urban planning, and real estate development. Her work is driven by a commitment to thoughtful development, responsible stewardship, and the creation of places that deliver enduring value for investors, communities, and future generations.
