Leadership
Christina "Chris" Stevenson is the Founder of Three Krown and a licensed architect, real estate broker, and development manager with over 20 years of experience in real estate, engineering, and construction. Her career spans the U.S., Europe, and South America, including leadership on major life science developments for BioMed Realty’s multi-billion-dollar portfolio.
Chris was listed in Marquis Who's Who in 2025, has received awards for her architectural work from the AIA, Lion’s Club, and Sacramento Capitol Mall, has contributed to entertainment design for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and has led international urban planning initiatives focused on resilience and environmental impact. A published author and lifelong athlete, Chris holds the Swedish masters high jump record and won a bronze medal at the 2024 World Masters Championships.
