At Three Krown Advisory, we believe the best guidance comes from those who’ve lived every step of the journey.

Our founder, Chris Stevenson, brings more than two decades of hands-on experience across every discipline in the real estate investment cycle, from architecture and construction to entitlements, market strategy, and financial structuring.

Real estate development is a complex arena, more akin to a heptathlon than a single sport. To succeed, you must master not just one skill, but many: design, permitting, capital planning, construction management, financial modeling, and market analysis. Chris has done just that. As a licensed architect who began her career at Gensler in San Francisco, she brings design excellence rooted in technical depth. But her expertise didn’t stop at the drafting table.

Over the years, Chris has worn the boots of a general contractor, the hard hat of a superintendent, and the gloves of a craftswoman, personally building for over a decade. That ground-level knowledge gives her rare insight into constructability, material selection, and site logistics, areas where many investors fall short.

Today, she brings that full-spectrum experience to the table as a seasoned developer and advisor. Chris understands how to evaluate entitlements, read economic signals, and structure capital stacks with both risk and upside in mind. Her ability to interpret a market and build a proforma is sharpened by her lived experience in every phase of real estate.

At Three Krown Advisory, we don’t consult from the sidelines, we’ve played every position on the field. And that makes all the difference when it comes to helping our clients build smarter, invest better, and scale with confidence.
