Skogen Overview
Three Krown's most recent property Skogen, meaning "The Forest" in Swedish, is a historical pearl. Located in a prime location in Queen Anne next to Seattle Pacific University, a private university with stunning campus grounds, mature trees and green spaces. Within biking distance to both Fremont, Ballard and Downtown.
This 6-plex is a composition of six high-end private condo like units. A 100yr old building with architectural character has been fully renovated into a modern farmhouse style home with luxurious finishes, private decks, tall ceilings, and high-end fixtures. For those who want to live in a centrally located new construction home without it feeling like a mass-produced box. For those who want a place with character and privacy and views and a yard, yet prefer not to rent an entire house. Skogen is the perfect home and location for you!
The Entrance Gallery
Skogen's Main Entrance is an Art Gallery showcasing the inspiration for Skogen - the Scandinavian Forest. Skogen is a source of beauty, growth, light, and of ideation and deep understanding. Photos by Eva Franklin are taken from the Småland region in Sweden, which is known for its rich forests and highly skilled wooden furniture making. It is also the home region of the Swedish Architect Christina Stevenson, who designed Skogen.
