Every asset has unlocked potential. We seek to identify and activate the best value, entitlement strategy and optimized use with our clients and examine timing and execution strategies for best returns. We represent developers, syndicators, GP teams and managing partners in uncovering qualified optionality leading to confident metrics backed decision making.

Investor Representation
We support clients in underwriting analysis and development of data and metrics that lead to confident investment decision making. We support acquisition efforts, due diligence and feasibility analysis for both existing stabilized assets, reposition projects and ground-up new construction. We have experience assembling and contracting large teams on a short timeframe to execute the analysis required for each venture.

Development Management
We are passionate about development! We have planned, designed, managed, procured, and built multi-million-dollar commercial projects in downtown city cores. We draw on that full bank of knowledge to problem solve in all phases of development. We optimize by continuously re-visiting business vision, team composition, strategy and methodology.

Portfolio Management (PMO)
For multi-project portfolios we work with clients to leverage the overarching business vision onto a large network of assets. We support the synchronization and connection of their identity, branding and function into a cohesive whole. We also take the bigger view and unite development processes with operational and standards criteria and integrate them into portfolio metrics that support the greater regional company goal setting.

Chris Stevenson is a licensed architect who has worked with internationally renowned firms such as Gensler and Field Architecture in San Francisco. She has partaken in designing 222 Second Street downtown San Francisco, which is currently Linked In's headquarters, Terminal 2 at SFO airport, and Mercedes Benz Auto-Manufacturing Plant in Vance Alabama.
​In addition to her architectural background, Chris is a NAIOP certified Development Manager and a PMI Project Management Professional. Over the last three years Chris has worked as a 3rd party Owners Representative for the acclaimed Life Science developer BioMed Realty downtown Seattle, supporting various development stages for the BioMed portfolio.
